sell fresh, quality products with that ‘Home-Grown’
taste!
All
of our products are produced with an intense focus on
quality! We produce the best tasting and most healthful
products possible – and pesticide is NEVER used. We
don’t even use pesticides that would normally be
approved for use by ‘organic’ growers.
The
tomatoes and lettuce are grown hydroponically in our
greenhouses – which allows us to deliver fresh and tasty
product during the cooler months. Our greenhouse season
typically starts around October and end around June each
year.
Many
consumers today are focused on the idea of buying
‘organic’ products because of the health benefits they
bring. The products we grow are not certified as
organic but are grown according to ‘sustainable
agriculture’ practices (http://www.sarep.ucdavis.edu/concept.htm). |
